ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

I acknowledge that participation in swimming and water-related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, slips, falls, and other accidents or injuries.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation in this pool party event.

Health and Safety Representation

I certify that I am physically fit to participate in swimming and water activities and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I also agree to comply with all safety instructions provided by the host and/or designated supervisors.

Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the pool party, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event host, property owners, volunteers, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action for injuries or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the event.
